What the FAQ is this?
Some questions answered...
Why is this free to play?
We wanted as many Man U fans from around the world to be able to play.
Who built this?
This is the brainchild of a couple of Aussie sports fanatics.
Peak Performance Coach, mentor to World Championship Medalists and Tetris gun Rob Gronbeck in partnership with Peak Performance Coach and die-hard Man United fan Benny Wallington.
Rob and Benny are both accredited with internationally renowned flowstate experts the Flow Genome Project.
They love an experiment and exploring the outer reaches of breathing for elite performance while also for having a ripping time - usually with music.
How does it work?
The Beepbreath works by pushing you to your limits in a safe environment.
We believe it improves your CO2 tolerance which in turn allows you to have more composure throughout your day.
When we breathe together we will more than likely access Universal Consciousness to beat Man City in FA Cup Final, if you believe in that sort of thing.
Why is it called the Beepbreath?
It's like the beeptest, a shuttle running exercise which measures your aerobic fitness and Vo2 max. We believe this is the breathing equivalent except measures your Co2 Max.
What's the science behind this?
This is technically an ascending box breathing exercise.
With the added inputs of the Manchester City players as a means of breathing through their well-oiled defences.
While Rob and Benny haven't done any lab testing as YET. They have tested with coaches and athletes in different countries and across different sports to improve their CO2 tolerance and improve stress response.
They are aiming to partner with a lab or University in the future to test the beepbreath.
Manchester United winning on Saturday will be a positive step in the right direction ;)
If you have a spare 7 minutes here's a little bit more from Benny and Robdog about when and why it's awesome to practice Beepbreathing on the reg. - Click Here.
Will this really help to beat City?
Look, as much as we hate to admit it, City are an awesome team.
And everything we can do to beat them, we should try.
Manchester United has the most fans for any team in any sport around the world, so collectively we can change the game.
Fan power has been proven to affect the flow of matches, so let's put this bad boy into gear and see what we can do.
I Beat this in one go... Is that all you got?
Well played. Beating Pep and Level 20 is powerful.
We have our Beepbreath Elite which rolls up to 25-second sides (100 Second Boxes) and has not been beaten in one go, YET.
If you're interested please email benny@101tokens.com and we will send you a copy.
At which point we'll be sure to invite you to send us a video of you attempting this feat.
As a wise sage once said, 'Show me what you got!'
